    • Service Delivery: To provide personalized mental wellness assessments, recommendations, and therapeutic content.
    • Clinical Support: To enable your assigned clinician (if any) to view assessments and mood trends for better care.
    • Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our clinical scales and therapeutic content library.
    • Communication: To send assessment reminders, crisis alerts, and service updates (with your consent).

    Data Sharing & Third Parties

    • We do not sell your personal or health data to any third party.
    • Data is shared only with your assigned clinician or organization administrator as part of the care workflow.
    • We use secure, DPDP-compliant cloud infrastructure providers for data storage and processing.
    • Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be used for research purposes — never individual-level data.

    Data Security

    • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
    • Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized users can access specific data.
    • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted.

    Data Retention & Deletion

    • Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
    • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@manovit.com.
    • Upon deletion request, all personal and health data is permanently removed within 30 days.
    • Anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for research.

    Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

    • Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
    • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
